    1. AI-powered hyper-personalized cold emails: SuperRep writes unique emails for each prospect, tailored to their specific needs and interests.
    2. AI research: SuperRep conducts comprehensive research on each prospect, including their LinkedIn profile, company details, interests, job openings, role analysis, recent activities and posts, website information, rapport building points, outreach triggers, job opening triggers, news triggers, mutual interests, shared experiences, and more.
    3. Inbox delivery: SuperRep optimizes email formatting and subject lines to increase open rates and ensure that emails land in the primary inbox of your prospects.

      4. SuperRep's AI-powered platform provides a significant advantage over traditional outreach methods by delivering superior results. It helps businesses build their sales pipeline through research-backed hyper-personalization at scale.

  3. Use of the Service 3.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

      4. 3.2 Account Registration You may be required to create an account to access and use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

      3.3 Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

    1. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
    2. Uploading or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
    3. Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
    4. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
    5. Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.

Intellectual Property Rights The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuperRep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content without prior written permission from SuperRep.
  5. Brand and Logo Usage

    6. By signing in to SuperRep, you permit SuperRep to use and display your brand name and logo on the SuperRep website and marketing materials, and to showcase you as a user. You can revoke this permission at any point by sending an email to support@superrep.ai, allowing a reasonable time for the SuperRep team to remove your logo.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranty The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. SuperRep does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. SuperRep disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall SuperRep be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if SuperRep has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with SuperRep is to stop using the Service.
  8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold SuperRep, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
  9. Changes to the Service 8.1 Service Modification SuperRep reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. SuperRep shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

    10. 8.2 Account Closure and Data Transfer SuperRep reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in violation of these Terms. In the event of account closure due to the use of personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo), users will be recommended to switch to a business email and create a new account. SuperRep will not transfer any data between personal accounts and new accounts.

  10. Intellectual Property Protection You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or take inspiration from the SuperRep Service. All intellectual property rights belonging to SuperRep are fully protected.
  11. Non-Compete By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to a non-compete with SuperRep during your use of the Service and for the three years following the last day of your use under all plans including, free, paid and trials.
  12. Price Changes SuperRep reserves the right to raise prices for the Service upon providing a 30-day notice to users.
  13. Feature Changes and Restrictions SuperRep reserves the right to change, move, or restrict features from the current plan to new or existing plans.
  14. Payment Terms 13.1 Auto Payment All payments will be automatically charged from your card on file and processed using a third-party payment processing and subscription management service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to automatically charge the due payment, including the subscription fee (and overage, if any), on a periodic basis in advance of the service period. The period will be either monthly or yearly based on the selected SuperRep pricing plan.
  15. Usage Tracking SuperRep may track your usage of the Service through third-party tools for the purpose of understanding customers better, improving the Service, and providing a better user experience.
  16. Email and Social Account Access By using the Service, you authorize SuperRep to access and analyze your email and other social accounts under your name for the purpose of reading, researching, viewing, and sending messages on your behalf or on behalf of the person whose credentials are shared. This authorization is granted solely for the intended purpose of generating and sending hyper-personalized emails and conducting research related to the Service. You understand, agree, and acknowledge that sharing your credentials or access may be in conflict with the terms of service or privacy policies of the respective email and social media providers. You further acknowledge and agree that SuperRep takes no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of your credentials or access.
  17. Privacy Policy By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at SuperRep Privacy Policy.
  18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
  19. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperRep regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
