Welcome to SuperRep!! We’re excited to have you onboard. This section contains setup information that will help you though a smooth experience with SuperRep.

SuperRep Home page:

This is main home where you will see all and create new SuperReps. SuperReps are AI-powered tools that can help you craft and send hyper-personalized cold emails at scale.

On this home page, you will be able to:

  • Create new SuperReps
  • View all existing SuperReps
  • Edit or delete existing SuperReps
  • Clone SuperReps

You can create unlimited SuperReps, each with its own personality, messaging, and prospects. Let's get started by creating your first SuperRep!

Onboarding Steps for each SuperRep:

1. Objective

Give your new SuperRep a name and set the objective.

The name will be used as your SuperRep's signature. Choose something representative of who you want this SuperRep to be.

Select the objective from the dropdown menu. Objectives include selling a product, educating customers, increasing awareness, events promotion, gathering feedback, upselling, partnership outreach, and more.

For now, we have released "Sell" as the objective.

You can also provide your company's website URL here. In the future, we plan to automatically pull company information from this URL to prefill later steps.

2. Prospects:

Add 3-5 test prospects to preview how your SuperRep will craft emails.

Test prospects should be real people who match your target customer profile. Add their:

  • Full name
  • LinkedIn URL

Adding their company name and job title is also recommended.

This allows your SuperRep to research them and craft personalized emails for preview.

3. Training:

This is the most important step - training your SuperRep to represent your company. Information provided here will be used by SuperRep in crafting its outreach to prospects.

Provide the following:

  • Rep Identity: Name, role, contact details
  • Company Information: Name, website, description, leadership
  • Product Information: What you offer, how it solves problems, case studies
  • Engagement Details: Call to action, brand tone, outreach messaging

The more detailed training you provide, the better your SuperRep can craft amazing outreach. Feel free to add any other relevant details or resources.

4. Review Cadence:

Here you can customize the email cadence your SuperRep will use.

  • Add/remove steps in the cadence
  • Edit the content prompts for each step
  • Set the number of days between each step
  • Choose between new threads or replies for each step

Once done, select prospects to preview how your SuperRep crafts emails for each step. Update training or prompts as needed to get the messaging right.

5. Inboxes:

On this screen, provide the inbox(es) your SuperRep will use to send emails.

We recommend Gmail Workspace inboxes. Follow the setup instructions to create dedicated inboxes.

Add at least 2-4 inboxes and split your outreach across them. This ensures deliverability.

The inbox name should match the identity you gave your SuperRep during training.

6. Live Prospects:

Each free SuperRep will engage up to 25 prospects and paid SuperRep will engage up to 100 prospects at one point in time, depending on your plan. You can always add more later.

This is where you upload your list of prospects to outreach to. Provide prospect details in a CSV sheet.

We understand that you have sourced various potential prospects from various sources relevant to your business, along with meta for each of the prospect. You need to provide this to SuperRep so that it can craft hyper personalized messages. While in general more information is better, but if you want SuperRep to never use a specific information, its best never to provide that. (Eg: Family details of the prospect, should ideally not be mentioned in a b2b outreach, hence its best to not include them). So more prospect details allow more personalized outreach. But don't anything not relevant for this outreach

  1. Minimum Prospect information
    1. Name
    2. Business Email
  2. Additional Enriched data
    1. Any additional information
      1. Any trigger based information that can be used to justify the reason for outreach.
      2. Specific data like Prospect’s customer names, if you’d like it be used while crafting a hyper personalized message.
      3. News related to prospect’s that worth pointing

      Note: Prospect with missing data points are acceptable. Not all data points will be available for all prospects. Its okay to have some data unavailable for a few prospects.

7. Schedule:

Finally, pick the days, time zone, and send times for your SuperRep.

Choose when you want your SuperRep to start engaging prospects.

Once configured, click Go Live and your SuperRep will start crafting and sending amazing outreach at scale!

Inbox recommendations

  1. 2 to 4 warmed inboxes on a non primary domain/s per SuperRep.
  2. If you have them ready, lets jump to next step, onboarding.

  3. Don’t have
    1. Setup alternative look alike domain.
      1. Purchase a alternative look-alike domain. It is usually setup to be similar to yourdomain.com such as getyourdomain.com or tryyourdomain.com. Preferably a .COM domain.
      2. Purchase Gmail Workspace
      3. Setup Google Workspace for the newly purchased alternative look alike domain.
      4. Recommended minimum 4 or more inboxes per SuperRep.
      5. We recommend that add up to 6 inboxes per domain.
      6. Enable warm-ups (recommended for 4 weeks for brand new inboxes)
